Hello :)
This is my first blog post and i thought id start off with something small
I say small but its actually starting to be a big part of my life, ive recently ( Jan 10) started weight watchers and so far ( 15 March 2010 ) ive lost 6 and a half lbs, ok it doesnt sound alot but when you see it on paper or scales for that matter the drop looks great.
Im not going to say it was easy because it really isnt you need to discipline yourself when it comes to food and really keep track on what your eating, a little bit of excersice doesnt go a miss either, the point system they have in place is fantastic and its not even like you have to give up sneaky little treats you used to love, just in moderation oboviously, ive had bad weeks and good weeks but i never get disheartened it just makes me want to work that little bit harder to reep the rewards :) which i have been seeing
My only annoyance is that my clothes still dont feel that loose on me, it may be that instead of loosing inches im loosing more body fat? Im still not sure will have to just keep on going and maybe one day soon ill notice it.
Well that was short and sweet for a first blog.
Im sorry if i doesnt interest you but i guess its a start, dont worry more exciting things will hopefully be on their way
