RANT.

I swear i work with some of the laziest people in this world
I mean working with children is difficult they cant do much for themselves but people dont seem to see that.
The vibes i get from some people are that they really dont want to be there which makes the jobs of the people who DO want to be there 20 times freakin harder as were picking up for their lazyness!
If you dont want to work then please do us a favour and GO!

I dont know if its me but ive come to realise that all the people that i have worked with in my rooms id say 9/10 of them have walked out or moved rooms, does no one like working with me? or is it the fact that i dont just let them sit there and do nothing and TRY and get them to work, i mean im a woman and yes most of the time i can multi task but this takes the real piss.
Everyime you leave the room for that '2 seconds' which actually turns into 30 minutes you dont realise that ive actually ALL the children to look after but i doubt you really care because if you did you wouldnt leave the room in the first place.

I will give credit to the decent people who actually turn up to work everyday because they want to and they enjoy doing the job, i just wish people would see childcare as hard but fun job at the same time, its not one of thoes job where you can just sit back watching the clock for home time enjoy the enviroment and the childrens company because if you dont then A) why bother turning up for work each day and B) why did you start the job in the first place.
